It’s easy to find yourself exhausted, frustrated, scared, or confused given our current circumstances. The good news is, you don’t have to learn how to live with the internal torment.

One of the biggest challenges we face as men is a fundamental lie that we have to navigate our inner world alone. Believing that lie is like trying to complete a marathon with a 100lb backpack on rather than having a small group of men each carry some weight for you.
While it can be done, it’s a hell of a lot harder than it has to be.
The way you change the isolation trap is by lowering your guard, being willing to risk vulnerability, and inviting other men along side you.

How we cultivate change
Week 1:
Identify Your Essence
Life slowly pulls us away from the person we were designed to be, so we start by connecting you to the deep emotional core which is the purest essence of what you carry.
Week 2:
Emotional Deep Dive
Often times we don’t take the time to pause and realize the deeper internal drivers which often dictate our daily lives. Once we you connect to your essence, it’s time to realize what subconscious emotions are causing you to live reactionary instead of proactive.
Week 3:
Inner King
As a man, you are called to lead. That leadership starts with your own life and is hard to live from until you realize and embrace the inner badass king which lies within. Learn about your inner king, see him, embrace him, and let him transform you.
Week 4:
Inner feminine
Scientifically speaking, every man has estrogen running throughout their bodies. This is more than just a hormone, it is the key to unlocking your ability to access empathy, compassion, and so much more.
Week 5:
Neurological reframing
Once you are no longer on auto pilot it’s time to begin reworking your neurological pathways by disrupting your subconscious unhealthy cycles. You will begin to see what cycles you find yourself trapped in and begin shifting your default response to them.
Week 6:
True You
The last week is dedicated to the True You, the one individual that is a culmination of week’s 1-5. We flush out who he is and put together a practical game plan for how you can walk out the integration of everything you’ve learned.
